At the northern tip of Manhattan, you’ll find Inwood. This largely Latinx community is sandwiched between the Harlem River, Spuyten Duyvill Creek, the Hudson River, and Dyckman Street making it surrounded by water on three sides. Retailers capitalize on this, as well as Broadway running right through the neighborhood. You can find locations like Tread Bike Shop, Family Dollar, and tons of different eateries. Other than these popular spots, various parks and greenways are open for public use, and these tend to draw attention to Inwood. In terms of transportation available, there are a few stops on the 1 and A trains, but buses are more convenient. The Bx7, Bx20, and M100 run through this neighborhood.
