Tribeca is one of the hippest, industrial, and inclusive neighborhoods in Manhattan. Characterized by trendy restaurants and boutiques in the area, Tribeca attracts a younger population. In the past, Tribeca was claimed by the Dutch settlers in early times. Since then, a significant development occurred. Retailers like Korin, Target, and Thom Browne opened between its borders of Broadway, Canal, Barclay, and West Streets. Additionally, office tenants of Verizon and Gap exist here. Because Tribeca is such a large area, transportation is all around. The A, C, R, W, 1, 2, and 3 trains run through the neighborhood, and so do the M9, M20, M22 buses. Tribeca is a great Manhattan neighborhood for retailers that appeal to the growing hip generation. Check out Tribeca on Google Maps here.
